Mar 9 - Updates - Septic Sense Workshop & West Foothills Water Meeting
The Septic Sense Workshop scheduled for Mar 23 at the Priddis Community Hall is now full. However, I suggest you still call the MD Office and sign-up for the waiting list as there may be people that are unable to attend. We are hoping to be able to run more of these workshops, but it won't be until fall if they are available at all.
West Foothills Water
There will be a meeting on Thursday, March 16 at 7pm at the Priddis Community Hall to present the preliminary engineering of the West Foothills Water project. If you live in the Highway 762 area, I suggest attending.
If you are not familiar with the project, there has been a request to look at options for water servicing in the 762 area via a pipeline from Fish Creek Ranch. The results of the high level engineering will be presented along with possible options for funding the project. This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered as MD staff, staff from the engineering firm that did the study along with Councillor's Suzanne Oel from Division 4 and myself from Division 3 will be in attendance.
More information on the West Foothills Water can be found here.
This is a big project and we want to be sure to engage the community and get as much feedback as possible so please share this with anyone that you feel may be affected or interested.
As always, if there is anything you would like me to share, anything you would like information on please feel free to let me know. Also be sure to like my Facebook page by clicking here, Follow Me on Twitter and be sure to sign up for email list by entering your details on the right side of this page.
All the best,
Jason

This includes discovering better ways to increase truck and operator efficiency, decrease fuel and maintenance costs, save money when purchasing supplies, parts and everything else required by purchasing such items in bulk, and make more sustainable efforts better available. Septic Pumping Greenville, NC There is no argument that becoming more sustainable and 'going green' is a great benefit to the residents of this planet, especially as more and more people and businesses become serious about making such efforts.
